Pre-Order Policy

Please Read Before Placing a Pre-Order

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) item on Puck & Son, please note the following:

Shipping Policy for Combined Orders:

  • If your cart includes a Pre-Order item, all other items in the cart will be shipped together with the Pre-Order item.

  • For example, if the Pre-Order item is set to ship in 1 month, all items in your cart will also ship in 1 month.

  • If you would like non-Pre-Order items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate cart and complete a separate checkout.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

  • Payment for Pre-Order and Back-Order items will be charged to your card or PayPal account immediately upon purchase.

  • Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment; however, cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee is deducted from the refunded amount to cover non-refundable payment processing fees incurred during the initial transaction.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Once your order is placed, our team will carefully select your items from the warehouse and prepare them with the utmost care. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to pick and pack your order.

Shipping Timeline:

  • Orders are shipped only when all items are ready to dispatch.

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be held until the pre-order is available, and the entire order will ship together.

Once your order ships, it should arrive within *2–8 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Please note:

  • Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date.

  • For pre-order items, the dispatch date is noted next to the product name and marks the start of the delivery timeframe.

  • If no date is listed next to the product name, the item is in stock and ready to ship!

Return Policy

Because of the nature of sealed TCG products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, please reach out to us at info@puckandson.com.au, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that while we strive to provide excellent service, any postage costs incurred cannot be refunded.
